What changes between plans
Essential protection stays with the tag
Free is the permanent basic safety layer for activated pets and tags. If a paid plan ends, pets and tags already active on the account keep working with essential QR/NFC identification, finder contact and email notifications. Free is not sold as a Starter plan. A valid unclaimed Privacy Pet Tag that you already possess can still be activated on Free, subject to the account’s pet limit; Free customers cannot order additional tags through the normal purchase flow.
