Delivery
Privacy Pet Tag accepts UK orders only. Physical tags are normally dispatched within three working days using Royal Mail Tracked. This is a dispatch target, not a guarantee that delivery will occur within three days. The applicable delivery charge, including £0 where offered, is shown at checkout and in the order confirmation.
14-day cancellation period
Distance orders generally have a 14-day cancellation period. Contact Privacy Pet Tag Support before returning goods where practical so the order can be identified and instructions supplied. This preferred process does not make statutory cancellation, rejection or faulty-goods rights depend on discretionary approval.

Change of mind
For an ordinary eligible change-of-mind return, the customer pays the direct return postage. Activation or personalisation is not a blanket exclusion from statutory rights.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods
If goods are faulty, incorrect or otherwise supplied incorrectly, contact Support with the order details. CLJE Ltd covers the appropriate return postage where required and will provide the appropriate remedy in accordance with your statutory rights.
Premium and mixed Starter orders
Immediate Premium and Starter mixed orders have different commencement rules. Where digital Premium begins immediately at your request, cancellation may reflect service already supplied where the law allows. For a Starter where Premium depends on the first included physical tag, Premium begins on activation. Refunds take account of the applicable statutory requirements, whether digital service began and the status of the physical goods.
